Mrs. Molly Moore

I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University, where I earned undergraduate degrees in Child Development and Family Relations and Elementary Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, and I am currently pursuing a degree in School Administration at UNC Pembroke. I have proudly served Beaufort County Schools for 11 years as a classroom teacher and three years as an interventionist and curriculum coach, and as the Dean of Students at Eastern Elementary School. During an 11-year break from full-time teaching to raise my three children, I remained active in education by working as a play therapist and an online adjunct instructor at Beaufort Community College. My husband, Robbie, and I have been married for 24 years, and we are blessed with three wonderful children. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, boating on our beautiful river, and working in my yard. I am honored to be part of the Washington Elementary School leadership team and am committed to serving our students, families, and staff each day.
